Ticket worked as expected. We went to the Museum entrance at the reserved time and got in without any issues. The Vatican Museums are amazing, especially the Sistine Chapel, it is definitely worth a visit. On the official site you can purchase the ticket for 4 euros less, though there are more time slots available through this app. The 4 euro difference is temporary due to the pandemic. When things get back to normal, you have to pay 4 euros for the reservation, so it will cost the same as here.

I tried to get tickets on several other sites, but they were all sold out. I was pleased to find tickets for a reasonable price on Getyourguide.com. There was no queue to get in, and I was able to spend several hours viewing all the galleries at my own leisure. I enjoyed being able to move between different galleries when it got too crowded.

Great experience! Exactly as it is on the app, with purschased voucher you go to the entrance (you can easily get there by foot, bus or uber depends on your location). At the entrance they check your temperature and green pass for COVID. After that you go inside and report to the counter where they exchange your voucher for ticket and that's where your sightseeing starts! Don't worry if you don't know where to go or start at first, the staff is very friendly and approachable. Beautiful museum and an invaluable experience, especially the Sistine Chapel.
