Enter a world of Renaissance art and intrigue on a 2.5 hour tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peters Basilica. Using the skip-the-line entrance, you'll avoid the long general entrance line to discover the art and architecture straight away. See works by Michelangelo, Raphael, and Leonardo da Vinci, admire the artwork of the Sistine Chapel and St. Peters Basilica. Choose from one of the several start times, then head to via Santamaura 21, near the Vatican City. Affare meeting your guide you'll bypass the main entrance line with your skip-the-line ticket. Explore the collection of the Vatican Museums, hearing the history that dates back to the 16th Centrury days of Pope Giulio II. Subsequent Popes added to the Museum's collection, an impressive portfolio of art that weaves 4.35 miles (7km) around the complex. Discover masterpieces of Greek Classical art and Renaissance wonders by the likes of Michelangelo and Raphael. Highlights include the ancient statue of Laocoon and His Sons and the Transfiguration. Wonder among the works of Italian masters such as Leonardo da Vinci, Perugino, and Fra Angelico. Along the way you'll hear little known tales about the Catholic Church. Finish your tour of the Vatican Museums with a visit to the Sistine Chapel, home of Michelangelo's The Last Judgement. Then, step inside St. Peter's Basilica to gaze at La Pieta among the baroque and Renaissance architecture. Before you leave, you can also visit the paper crypt, where Pope John Paul II and others were laid to rest.

A wonderful experience with the guide named Paolo, very well prepared, kind and available to answer any question or curiosity. Explanation of how the Vatican city was born and its transformations over the years. Detailed explanation of the Sistine Chapel with the great ability of the guide, Paolo, to involve the visitor.

We are a family of 3. This tour was booked for 11.30 but we were notified a few hours before to meet an hour earlier. Good choice as our very large group of 40+ made it through pretty seamlessly. Our beautiful guide Maria was stunning. Great English and explanations of all things Vatican. Our 17yo daughter even commented that she made the tour by being very entertaining. A must to visit when in Rome and definitely book the tour as you would miss so much if you do it yourself. 10 out of 10 from us Aussies xxx

I have claimed and I have been confirmed the refund of the difference that x has not yet arrived. Before the tour had to start at 11 then at 9 then I received an email the day before confirming 11. In the end we went to 9 and it really started at 9. Then everything went well. Excellent driving Serena.
