We were so glad we were able to experience this. Lucy and Diego were awesome guides. I agree with others that five hours allows you to really explore the glacier- we were able to enter ice caves, look over into a 60 meter moulin, and ascend to (almost!) the top. My partner and I do quite a bit of hiking and while it was not strenuous, I was a bit tired after five hours of trecking up and down the glacier.

Amazing! Adam was a brilliant guide, full of information, jokes and positive energy. The glacier of course was overwhelmingly beautiful and Adam took us to several stunning features. These change weekly so his passion was clear in the fact he knew which features to take us to!

We had a wonderful tour with Sam. She does these tours with a lot of passion and explains a lot. We recommend the 5 hour tour, you simply have more time and can see more.

Amazing experience! Our tour guide was very kind and helpful and the ice caves were a sight to see 100% recommend this to anyone who visits Iceland! Thank you guys
