It's okay

We would have had to wait on time until another group was added, only then were the vouchers collected and the devices with earphones distributed ... The German group was quite small, which was pleasant ... However, the tour only started at 9:15 The clock was going on ... The information was good, but partly not so easy to understand due to the dialect ... The volume was also not optimal. After the tour, vouchers for a free tour to Murano were distributed (was interesting, visit and demonstration of the glass factory ..... and also pleasant on a private boat) However, you noticed how you wanted to pull the money out of people's pockets. .. All in all- for the price .... Okay :)

A lot of background information, nice views, could have taken longer.

Overall, I really liked the tour, the lady took a beautiful winding path from St. Mark's Square, which revealed many small streets, some churches and countless small stairs leading over the water. Not only has the architecture of Venice been explained very well, but also the everyday problems and peculiarities of the city (e.g. drinking water, garbage disposal). Unfortunately the tour only took 1.5 hours and at the tour guide's pace it was impossible to ask questions during the tour. Older tourists from mine After the tour, she took the time to ask questions. It was nice that the German-speaking group consisted of only 10 people and there was an extra tour guide only for the German-speaking tourists (so different from the description). The starting time at 9 a.m. is ideal as the alleys are not yet full at this time. Those who booked with an inside tour were then taken to the Mrkuskirche or the Doge's Palace.

Really recommended for a first visit and a good intro to Venice.

Glorious: 9 am, hardly any tourists/visitors to be seen at our meeting place at St. Mark's place (at 10am it looks totally different there, though). Because of the time we were also a small group of just 2 married couples. In-depth information about the sights/history of Venice. This was a good start to our 4-day tour.
