it was easy to meet the guide at the meeting spot-we then took the ferry over to the island and watched a demonstration (about 20 minutes). The man who did it was the owner. He had been making Murano glass since he was 9-10 years old! He noticed the animals on my girl's winter hats and made Murano glass pieces (cat and unicorn) right in front of them. That was super special. Then we all made bracelets or earrings (which I've worn several times since!) Our girls really loved this.

The boy who picked us up was a friendly boy. The boat to Murano was fun. The man who told in English and French he was very good. The glass blower made a glass horse and a cup in a few minutes. (I have wrote a blog with an interview) with the glassblower. After the workshop a young lady came to get you and catty tone she said don't take pictures! She played a story emotionlessly without making any connection with students. She does this daily with tourists because she has to or she thought I should explain again. Made a beautiful bracelet, though. made of glass of more than €1000, also crockery and that glass-made horse of €20.Glasses.€35 each. Eventually bought 2 glasses of € 70 together, the seller did not seem to be satisfied with that. That says a lot about the person and the company.

The guide was great, the group small. He took us swiftly to Murano where we visited a glass workshop. The glass blowing demonstration was amazing but lasted only a few minutes. The bead workshop is more suites to children but was fun. Then there were many showrooms where glass objects were on sale.
