Explore the canals in the city of Venice aboard a gondola. Your gondolier will take you down secluded canals, passing under small bridges and along the Grand Canal. Listen to the guide as they explain all about the palaces, churches, and attractions around you. Hear stories known only by Venetians, and about the fascinating history of the gondola and gondoliers. During your journey, admire Desdemona’s House and Mozart’s House. You'll also pass by the magnificent La Fenice Theatre and the “De le Ostreghe” Canal. The crossing and the program are very well organized and given the temperatures, we were grateful to be guided a bit. There were no significant delays or anything like that and all 3 guides from the Kompas team acted very professionally, always provided information in several languages, steered with a lot of friendliness, quickly grouped us before the boat trips and thus brought us a good deal closer to Venice.
