See the impressive church of San Pantalon in the Dorsoduro district. Continue to the large Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, where the painter Titian is buried. Enter the narrow square of the Campo San Bartolomeo, and continue to the Basilica di San Giovanni e Paolo, where 25 of the doges are buried. End on St. Mark's Square and admire St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace.

I liked the tour and Al history guide told us but in my opinion guide should gave us time for pictures and also guide should be the person to help us with the better spots for pictures. This was something that I didn’t like !!! As a sightseeing in the best city places pictures are important.

We had 'Denisa' (not sure that's spelt right), she had lived in Venice all her life which meant she was a total mine of information and added a real local flavour to our tour! Purposely did it on our 1st day to help inform our itinerary for the rest of our stay, which it did!

Highly recommended to start your visit to Venice with this tour, 2 hours at the beginning of the day completely changes your perspective and helps to calibrate the rest of the day and make it efficient. Denisse manages the tour super entertaining, she is very prepared and has audiovisual aids to take you back in time to have a better and easy understanding She is a local and shares tips how to make the most out of your Venice visit. My suggestion is, check the places where she suggests going to eat because you might need an appointment in advance.
