My guide Dandy was so good, very friendly. He had made a playlist for the journey. The wildlife sanctuary was a little smaller than I thought, all but one kaola was awake which was brilliant. The penguin parade was nice but the seat didn't give much of a view the way there built. People kept standing up and it lashed rain. Which was unfortunate.

Absolutely delightful to see the cute little penguins in person! Weather is great and the philips islands have brilliant views with penguins hiding out in holes etc. Transport is great. Special shout out to the tour guide Dandy - his overall vibes are enthusiastic and he is very knowledgeable about wildlife and shares interesting facts as well as penguin jokes. Makes efficient use of time and happy to help whenever needed. Overall a very enjoyable day trip! Highly recommend this activity in Melbourne.

Fantastic tour with Sarah! We saw so many indigenous animals - kangaroos, dingos, wallabies, koalas, and the best of all - the little penguins! Sarah was a wealth of knowledge and kept us all entertained while on the bus between our visits. The tour is well organised between the sanctuary, the Nobbies, the beach, and the penguin parade, and you see a lot without it ever feeling like you’re rushing. One tip - bring your own snacks to eat throughout the day as there’s no lunch/dinner, though you can buy food at some of the visits. Highly recommend!
