Be alert in taking the bus from Vienna to Bratislava since you will NOT meet the tour guide near the bus. You will only meet the tour guide at the meeting point in Bratislava. Eva was a fantastic guide. Pulitzer restaurant for lunch was great and it was part of the cost. Lunch included a soup and an entree. The bus QR code was not provided by email, which was a little bit of a nuisance with the bus driver. But the bus driver had our names already so it was not a big deal. The directions to fill out the E-Border form was helpful to cross over to Bratislava.

We were welcomed punctually in Bratislava by our guide Alena. Alena then told us a lot of interesting facts about the history and culture of this beautiful city on a tour through the old town of Bratislava. She answered all of our questions patiently and kindly. The tour ended in a restaurant with an additional lunch. When it comes to food, however, you have to say that we would have preferred a more typical Slovak or regional menu. Unfortunately there was a choice of "chili con carne", fish with salad or noodles with prawns. But apart from food it was a nice trip and on this way again many thanks and best regards to Alena.

We booked this tour last minute and wow we are so glad we did. What a beautiful place. We booked a walking guide and Milan was excellent for us. He gave great historic insights and some nice interaction with myself and my husband. Lunch was included in a local bistro. It was lovely, maybe not our cup of tea, but it was well cooked and the staff were warm and welcoming. The bus was excellent, very modern and comfortable
