Couldn’t think of a more beautiful setting in Vienna to watch a classical concert. Karlskirche is a wonderful venue, and extremely well located in the city. You get to see the church as well so you don’t need to buy an entry ticket during the day. The musicians were talented and the acoustics were great. However, the chairs are church pews and are very uncomfortable - everyone around us including ourselves were constantly fidgeting trying to make ourselves more comfortable. Finally, it was frustrating that our GYG instructions said to exchange our voucher for tickets so we went to Karlskirche during the day to collect, but there was no one there. The tickets were subsequently emailed to us, so we could have saved ourselves a trip.

Lt. Get your guide The concert was supposed to last 80 minutes, but ended after 65 minutes. No works by Mozart, Bach, etc. were played as described, only Vivaldi's 4 Seasons. It is also annoying to have to exchange the voucher for tickets. Then I can buy tickets in the church right away and don't have to use Get your guide as an intermediary.

Fantastic experience my wife and I had. Bit pricy but worth it. 80 min. No toilet in the church which we thought may be a challenge but surprisingly wasn't a problem in the end. Toilets were outside and a charge of 50c. If you leave church you can't get back in. The musicians were very very good with zero mistakes. The venue itself is spectacular to say the least. 10/10 from my wife and I
