I was thinking of travelling independently to Pompeii and Vesuvius but I decided to book this tour to take away the thinking and planning time and I’m so glad I did. It was super-easy and the guides were great. I was picked up near my hotel and was sent a picture by WhatsApp the night before of the meeting point. It would have been good to have more time at Pompeii as there’s so much to see. We had enough time at lunch for a nice pizza and also a good amount of time at at Vesuvius to hike to the crater
We had a fantastic day from start to finish. Joseph, our kind collected us bright and early from our hotel alongside driver Roberto. We were then taken to Pompeii for an amazing private tour with local guide Antonio. All three were nothing but amazing, knowledge, and laughs from Joseph and Antonio and super safe driving from Roberto. Our stop in Positano was one I'll will remember dearly, this has to be one of the most beautiful areas in the world. Thank you all
Sehr interessante, kurzweilige und informative Führung! Absolut empfehlenswert!
We covered a lot of interesting sites, but didn’t feel too rushed. I liked that we had earpieces so even at the back of the crowd we could hear everything he was saying. The guide was engaging and entertaining, and did a good job of keeping certain topics “PG” for my younger children (phallic symbols and brothel). Fascinating and well organized. Would recommend.
Pompeii is definitively a city to visit. So much history lies behind the ruins of the city. To get just a glance of what happened there, its a must to get a guided tour. Our guide was so passionate and knowledgeable and walk us to the ancient Pompeii
