Cebu: Bantayan Island and Virgin Island Hopping Day Tour

2. Cebu: Bantayan Island and Virgin Island Hopping Day Tour

Start your tour with an early pick up at your hotel at 4:00 am. Eat your breakfast along the way and board a ferry bound for Bantayan Island. After arriving at the island, you’ll start your tricycle tour. Your first stop is Omagieca Obo-ob Mangrove Garden. You can learn more about the importance of mangroves on your visit. It can also provide you with a stunning backdrop to your travel photos. In fact, it is one of the locations where the movie Camp Sawi was filmed. Your next stop is Paradise Beach. True to its name, this white-sand beach is bordered by pristine waters and beautiful rock formations.  You’ll then experience cliff-diving in Bantayan in the German Ruins. The ruins themselves are actually part of an unfinished house that locals say was built by a German. Apart from being a good cliff-diving spot, the German Ruins also offer visitors stunning views of the sky and the sea. Next, you’ll visit Kota Beach, which is famous for its powdery sand and sandbar. Your last stop for this tour is Virgin Island and enjoy the powdery white sand and the shimmering azure water.

Booked a half-day tour from Cebu City (Philippines) from the Netherlands, perfectly arranged, picked up on time. The guide, Angelie, did great fun and well. Along the way she told everything about the origin of Cebu City. The driver, Tony was also very good. It was a great day with lots of impressions, friendly, helpful people and lots of info. I can recommend this tour and certainly the guidance of driver Tony and guide Angelie.

Katya (katchya) is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, articulate, helpful and personable. The chocolate Hills were beautiful and the Tarsier (monkey) I got to see up and close and take some great photo shots. The food in the river cruise was very good and the views quite nice. Katya was an exceptional guide - full of knowledge and helped with carrying my stuff and taking photos etc. Thank you
