The bus is a great idea but we didn’t realise that they only run hourly during the week! Hardly hop on hop off. It wasn’t at all clear where the bus stop was outside the ferry terminal or which direction to line up in. As a result it was mayhem when the bus arrived! It would be better to use the public bus service which follows the same route.

Everything was as described on the website. Advice: when on Wifi, download the app and screenshot your tickets, as internet was spotty when we got off the ferry. Also be aware that the ferry and bus are sometimes every hours or 30min, depends on day and time. Thank you Get Your Guide

This was a great way to explore the island. We really appreciated the commentary from the bus driver and the great views from the top of the double decker bus! It would have been even better had more wineries been open!

Had an awesome day out on Waiheke! You need the bus to get around and they were there frequently, never had to wait long. The drivers and on board staff were friendly and helpful. A fair price for the ferry and bus.

Had to wait for a bit to get on the ferry both ways but not an unpleasant wait. Very good tour! Great sights! Personable and helpful driver and guide. Thank you
