Everything was organized and planned to the point. Our tour operator picked us up from our hotel, drove us to the train station and made sure we hopped on the right train. Then, we met up with our driver in Krakow who took us to the the city centre since we had some time to get a glimpse of it. Then, we met up with another driver who drove us to Auschwitz. Afterwards, we returned to Krakow when we had the opportunity to view the city with its beautiful Christmas decorations. We hopped in our train and our tour guide waited for us in Warsaw to drive us back to the hotel. Overall, it is a very tiring one day trip, since you wake up very early and return at night, but worth every penny since its organization is to the point!

It was a very awesome 16 hour tour; however, it is too much to cover in that period of time since about 50% of the trip is for traveling by train or bus. I’ll recommend anyone to at least spend one night in Krakow. This city is so beautiful, we only were allowed 1.5 hours to walk fast before going to the museums. The tour operator company did an average job. There was a lot of miss communication between some of the agents; for instance after we returned from the museums Auschwitz & Birkenau to the old city there was NO agent to direct us to the train plataforn. We almost missed the train to get back to Warsaw. The local people spoke very little English, the local train station is inside a big shopping mall with no billboards monitors indicating the trains departures or arrivals. Luckily I found a nice Poland passenger going to Warsaw as well, he directed us to the right train. I’ll give good credit to the bus guide lady and also to the tour guide lady at the two museums

Very well managed. The transport was really smooth and the guide in Auschwitz was amazing. I really appreciated having a few hours in Krakow to wander on my own during the trip. Having the guide help me with my first Polish train journey was also helpful for subsequent solo train journeys. Definitely money we’ll spent, I’d recommend it.
