From April to October, you’ll also take a 1-hour boat ride on the lovely and historic Potomac River to experience DC's monuments and views from the unique perspective of the water. Your visit to the U.S. Capitol includes the visitor's center and a guided tour of the crypt, rotunda, and National Statuary Hall, where you can take pictures and hear a wealth of information about this one-of-a-kind place where history is made every day.  Upon leaving, board the bus for a city tour of the most important monuments and memorials, while seeing and learning about other points of interest as your guide narrates along the way.
