The tour itself was fantastic and our guide, Cassie, was very knowledgeable. We were very disappointed that we were not picked up at our hotel as promised. We had to Uber at the last minute which was stressful and costly. Sadly, Sally at the office did not pass along the message to the driver to pick us up, nor did anyone pick up the phone when we called to inquire about it.

    the guide is super

The whole trip is good and well organized. Easy to find the gathering place. The bus is clean and water provided all the trip. Our guide Tyrone is very friendly and funny. He is the star and from him we learned a lot more about DC. Wonderful trip. I took one star away is because the drop off spot changed and we had to walked a bit ... anyway I recommend this trip.

The tour covered all the monuments we wanted to see, except for Arlington National Cemetery. The guide was very friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. There were numerous opportunities to use the bathroom, but no opportunities to buy snacks or sandwiches. Since the tour run from 10:30 until after 2:00, we were famished by the end of it. That is the only reason I didn't rate it five stars.
