Elisabet, at the check in counter, should be more welcoming and less condescending. It’s hard enough to hear her clearly with her accent. She should greet with a smile, speak slowly, and give clear directions as to where the Pavillion is actually located, that is, a little further down, after one exits to the left. Thank you.
Our trolley docent was so good we stayed on his trolley for the last 3/4s of the tour. The trolleys were running about 15 minutes apart so we never waited long for one at our stop. All of the employees we met were polite. I appreciated their reverence in the cemetery.
We enjoyed the tour and all of the information which was given by the tour guides. The changing of the guard for the unknown soldier was the most memorable and touching for all of us. We all are grateful for the service of all our military men and women.
The ticketing process was unable to accept a mobile voucher and thus I had to purchase new tickets so my family could go on the tour. This was frustrating and in the technological day and age seems ridiculous.
The gentleman who assisted us helped us Negotiate the baggage area. His vehicle and appearance was impeccable; his manner was kind. He provided us a perfect introduction to Washington DC. Thank you
