A promised city guide with knowledge of German was not.

Despite announcement and demand for German language skills not found on the private 3 hour private tour in Washington, after 20 minutes we canceled the tour. No map, no information about our tour, unmotivated. it is hardly possible. Have communicated this to the agency, which tried very hard to deal with this case quickly. Many thanks to all involved who worked on the case. we will get the amount refunded. in New York and Washington we have the experience that tours in German really cannot be booked. If you want to book, German disappears and it only appears in English. If you want to learn the story and do not have the appropriate knowledge of the foreign language, it will be difficult. Have also experienced this in Cape Town. Should be revised by you. Don't promise and say on the tour, sorry. This is only annoying for the customer. Your ratings are e.g. Part not up to date.
