It was a lot of fun, the guide (the ghost of Samuel Chase) was very knowledgeable and hilarious. He clearly loves his job and has fun with it. FYI for people thinking of attending this: most of the stories were historical, not much contemporary sightings. No chance to actually experience a ghost if that's what you're looking for. The distance walked is about 1 mile, which was a question I had going in.
