The tour was great until at the last (and best) stop we were running late and the guide told us that if we had parked in a garage in DC, we might be locked out at 11 pm. So my friend and I had to leave early, spend $15 on a taxi to get back to retrieve our car. It would have been great to know about this before we started!! Missed Lincoln Memorial, Korean War Memorial and Vietnam Memorial, which is why we came on the tour! Very disappointing.

It’s the best way to get a complete overview of the history, as well as the lay of the land to take this tour. Sally was great , filling in all the big, as well as small tidbits I never knew about the sites, and historical figures from history. Making it all come alive and real. I could ask anything, and she had an answer. Chis was excellent, driving us from point to point…and, at the end of the day, it was the most beautiful, and moving site of Washington I could ever imagine. I was more moved than I ever thought I’d be. I highly recommend!

Our guide and driver were great and the coach was clean and comfortable. The tour ran 3 hours instead of 2.5 so it was late when we returned. Maybe skip the drive to Arlington because it was too dark to see anything there anyway. I would use this tour service again.
