The tour is really good. In my personal opinion I think there is not enough time for both places. If you have more time , take two different tours. There is a lot to see in old Jerusalem. You want to spend more time there.

The guide we had for Jerusalem was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and patient with questions. Jerusalem within the city walls you must go back for shopping - I had read reviews before saying customers felt rushed through and would have liked shopping time, but I can see why not - there’s SO many little shops and stalls, you would loose customers left right and centre, if you have free time - the place is a maze and it just wouldn’t work!! Bethlehem however I was not as impressed with the guide - the situation was a little bizarre, being dropped at a border point and then the group split and divided into different cars with what seemed random drivers - a little unsettling and went from feeling very organised to a hoist!! The guide came across as though he was there for payment not passion - his knowledge was sound I have to say, but he lacked interest in general convo/rude-being marched into a tourist trap for trashy souvineers was just awkward. Bethlehem is fab itself!
A terrific tour with plenty of time to enjoy the wonderful Historic and religious sites of Jerusalem and Bethlehem. An absolute must-do tour if time is short when visiting the Holy Land. Apart from the relatively short drive from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, the majority of the time is spent following a very knowledgeable guide. To meet the agreement requirements between Israel and Palestine, a switch in vehicles and guides is required, but don’t worry, it is seamless and well coordinated. The driver, tour bus and guide in Bethlehem are equally skilled and conversant. A 5-star tour!
Very well organized tour: we were 7 people in the minibus, pick-up at the hotel, sufficient photo stops, opportunities to eat and drink and the possibility of using the toilets. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and reported very interesting things. The guide spoke fluent German and English.
Both guides were excellent. Gerry accompanied us for the entire day and the guide for Bethlehem did the Church of the Nativity part of the tour. I can't remember the name of the Bethlehem guide (it was a girl in her twenties). Both were very knowledgeable and friendly.
Very well organized excursion with a brilliant guide. Thanks to our guide, we were even lucky enough to get into the birth grotto in Bethlehem, which is usually very difficult. Lunch was also good value for money.
