This 10.5-hour tour is the best way to explore the road to the 2010 Winter Olympics and the resort town of Whistler. You will begin the tour from Vancouver and travel to Whistler through the "Sea-to-Sky Highway." On the way, pass 7,000-foot high mountains, the third highest waterfall in British Columbia, and the second largest granite monolith in the world. Stop by the Sea to Sky Gondola. Soar 885m above sea level to experience hiking trails, and test your fear on the Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge. Rise 2800 feet above sea level for sweeping views of the Howe Sound fjord, luscious coastal forest, and surrounding mountains. Enjoy stories from your guide about the area's history and current events. Stop at Shannon Falls and have free time in Whistler. Explore the majestic Whistler Village and browse through the quaint village shops. You can also hike at the base of the beautiful Shannon Falls, walk along forest trails, or just relax and enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery.

Great day trip. Unfortunately the day was raining and we could see nothing from the top of the sea to sky gondola. But fun was made from the company on the bus. The stop at Shannon Falls could have been a little bit longer as it really was a rush up and run back to the bus stop. The tour would benefit from at least an extra 15 minutes.

He kept us entertained the whole way and went above and beyond to return my son’s school bus when we left it in the bus during drop-off.
