While I had some issues with the initial scheduling (the company never contacted me about when pickup was supposed to be and I ended up having to contact them instead), the rest of the experience was extremely pleasant. I had the wonderful opportunity of having Yuni has my driver and immediately, I knew it was going to be pleasant journey within the first minutes of talking to him as he's an extremely fun person to converse with while he professionally drives down the streets of Yogyakarta. Not only is he just a driver though, he's able to give recommendations on where to go: I had some extra time for the day and Yuni took me to a temple I had never had even heard of but enjoyed very much. At some of the stops, he even accompanied me into the place because he wanted to see it as well and he was more than happy to also take photos of me in addition to providing a bit of explanation as well. Even on the drive back, I learned so much about Indonesian culture just chatting with him.

I wanted to visit Borobudur and Prambanan, but didn’t need a guide into the sites. It seemed cheaper to hire a driver since I had to pay the entry myself anyways, and just needed to get from my hotel to the temples. The tours were all over $100 plus entry fees, but hiring a driver and car was only $45. Ivan was fantastic, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a driver. He was very friendly, and spoke fantastic English. When I told him what I wanted to do in my one day in Yogyakarta, he said I would have more time to add another activity and recommended a Jeep tour of the volcano. It was a great recommendation and I had a great day. Definitely ask him for any recommendations he has.

Excellent driver - Yuni was engaging, fun, and full of ideas - great!

We had booked a driver to take us to Borobudur and Prambanan - we didn’t expect to get a tour guide! Yuni was great company, and full of great ideas on additional things to do. He took us through the countryside to a great restaurant on a mountainside overlooking the city - stunning views. He also helped us find a laptop technician to fix a laptop problem - great service. We really enjoyed Yogya, and Yuni helped to make it happen for us. Highly recommended
