Tour was well organised, really couldnt fault it, pick up was not from hotel but only a short 3 min walk and we left right on time. I would advise to get there early as if your one of the last ones on the bus then wont be able to sit with your friends/partner

Zakopane Tour with cheese and vodka tasting and Hot Springs with Hotel Pickup. We had a fabulous day. Thomas, our driver, was helpful, informed, informative and fun. He also collected all of the tickets we needed and although everything was very busy, we never had to queue. We had a private tour so there was just myself and my 2 daughters being chauffeured around in Thomas's very nice car. Zakopane was very cute, well worth the visit, the funicular was a very short trip up the mountain and up there were loads of opportunities to buy hot drinks , alcoholic and not alcoholic, gifts, foods etc. Back down in the village, we had a very nice lunch in a restaurant before being chauffeured to the Hot Springs. Although incredibly busy, this was great fun. We, of course had drinks at the swim up bar Water 34 C, air -6 C, cocktail - fabulous. TIPS - avoid local winter school holidays, Warm clothing needed for Zakopane. Take flip flops for Hot Springs. Worth every penny and thank you to Thomas.

Best experience and amazing day from start to finish! Pick up and drop off directly outside our studio apartment. Our tour guide Joanna was so lovely - very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic in answering any of our questions. We enjoyed the cheese and vodka tasting at the Shepard’s hut, learning about the local culture. We then used the cable car to the top of the mountain at Zakopane, which had stunning views. Finally we went to thermal springs where you get 2,5 hours to enjoy the most incredible pools, with built in bars, cocktails and the best views! Incredible experience, would highly recommend, amazing value for money!
